Green Dot is looking for a Corporate Resolutions Specialist to handle high-level customer escalations with professionalism and empathy. You’ll be the voice of calm in moments of chaos—managing complex customer issues, collaborating cross-functionally, and making lasting improvements to the customer experience. • 💵 Pay: $36,200 – $54,300/year (based on experience + location)
• 🕘 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST
• 💻 100% Remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound/outbound contacts tied to escalated customer complaints
• Own issues from first contact to full resolution, partnering across departments
• Identify root causes, recommend solutions, and reduce repeat issues
• Log all interactions and maintain accurate customer data
• Support internal staff (including execs) with customer-related escalations
• Flag process/policy gaps and drive proactive improvements
• Stay accountable for service levels, quality, and communication standards
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Clear, confident communicator—both with customers and internal teams
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent thinker with self-directed execution
