Vetcove is looking for a full-time Corporate Paralegal to join our remote Legal team. In this role, you’ll handle regulatory compliance, licensing, entity management, and corporate governance for a fast-scaling, mission-driven company in the animal health tech space. • $65,000–$95,000/year + bonus + equity

📋 What You’ll Own
• Prepare and manage business registrations and state-level filings
• Maintain licenses and renewal schedules across multiple jurisdictions
• Track compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations
• Draft and organize legal documents, including NDAs and vendor contracts
• Support corporate governance (bylaws, board minutes, resolutions)
• Coordinate with teams across finance, product, and operations
• Maintain tracking systems for compliance and legal deadlines
• Act as a liaison with state agencies and licensing boards
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years as a corporate paralegal or legal operations specialist
• Familiarity with business licensing and regulatory filings
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
• Experience in healthcare or software environment is a plus
