📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage large acute customer accounts, minimizing delinquency by ensuring timely collections
• Research and recommend action for overdue account balances
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Credit teams to coordinate resolutions and policy compliance
• Develop and maintain positive, proactive communication with clients
• Troubleshoot payment issues and facilitate dispute resolution
• Monitor and organize workload effectively, escalating complex issues when needed
• Administer credit policies and uphold company standards throughout all transactions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payment discrepancies
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable strongly desired
• Comfort working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
