• $17.74 – $31.63 per hour (based on experience & location)
• Full-time, Non-exempt
• Remote within the U.S.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and prioritize outstanding accounts receivable
• Follow up with insurance payers to resolve claims
• Document and process refunds, denials, and adjustments
• Identify bad debt and duplicate payments
• Collaborate with internal teams and offshore partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of medical insurance collections or infusion billing
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong analytical and follow-through skills
• Able to work Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM CST (occasional OT/weekends as needed)
