🧾 About the Role
PrimePay is a 30+ year HCM SaaS leader helping businesses manage payroll, HR, and benefits. As a Client Support Representative (CSR), Benefit Services, you’ll be the go-to contact for participants, helping them understand and maximize their benefits. You’ll support COBRA, FSA, HRA, and HSA participants via phone, email, and chat—delivering technical assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.


Position Highlights
Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility for client needs

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide technical problem resolution for benefits products
• Research and resolve compliance and benefits-related issues
• Maintain product expertise to address complex inquiries
• Document customer interactions in CRM software
• Offer troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration recommendations
• Escalate advanced issues to higher-level support teams when necessary


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years frontline customer service experience
• 6–12 months office-based experience preferred
• Proficiency in engaging customers across multiple communication channels
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with CRM and help desk software
• Ability to research and resolve customer inquiries quickly and accurately
