Youāll be the friendly, tech-savvy voice clients count on for support, coordination, and solutions. š What Youāll Own
⢠Ensure client satisfaction through fast, accurate, and friendly service
⢠Manage inbound/outbound carrier files, SFTP setup, and data audits
⢠Handle file discrepancy reporting and process updates
⢠Act as the communication hub between carriers, clients, and internal teams
⢠Track deliverables and maintain reporting via company planning tools
⢠Identify root causes of system issues and drive resolution
⢠Stay on top of client-specific procedures, tech updates, and best practices
šÆ Must-Have Traits
⢠Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience
⢠2+ years in employee benefits or benefits administration
⢠Strong Excel chops (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, CSV formatting, etc.)
⢠Familiar with benefits platforms or HCM systems
⢠Experience working with carrier files or EDI a plus
⢠High attention to detail and accuracy
⢠Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
⢠Grace under pressureāespecially during high-volume seasons
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
