šŸ“‹ What You’ll Own
• Ensure client satisfaction through fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage inbound/outbound carrier files, SFTP setup, and data audits
• Handle file discrepancy reporting and process updates
• Act as the communication hub between carriers, clients, and internal teams
• Track deliverables and maintain reporting via company planning tools
• Identify root causes of system issues and drive resolution
• Stay on top of client-specific procedures, tech updates, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in employee benefits or benefits administration
• Strong Excel chops (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, CSV formatting, etc.)
• Familiar with benefits platforms or HCM systems
• Experience working with carrier files or EDI a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
• Grace under pressure—especially during high-volume seasons
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
