This full-time, remote position supports customers by managing client inquiries, reviewing financial documents, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage incoming client communications: calls, emails, and support tickets
• Review and update customer accounts and documentation
• Work closely with internal teams to fulfill client requests
• Organize client files and ensure accurate data entry
• Provide deep support to the Client Services Team
• Follow up with departments to track progress and resolve outstanding issues
• Become an expert on BHG products and services
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• 1–2 years in a professional customer service or client support role
• Solid grasp of financial documents and terminology
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Quick thinker with sound problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, evolving company

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Available to work the full 10AM–7PM EST shift, Monday–Friday
• Reliable home internet and computer proficiency
