GRT Financial is hiring a full-time Remote Client Service Supervisor to lead our high-performing service team. You’ll be responsible for agent coaching, real-time queue management, and ensuring service KPIs are consistently met. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Coach agents and monitor live client calls for quality
• Manage dialer queue and address escalated calls
• Review daily analytics and departmental KPIs
• Conduct weekly accountability breakouts with team
• Train team members on systems, policies, and service standards
• Approve and manage settlement advance requests
• Proactively identify process improvements to increase client retention
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in call center or customer service leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize on the fly
• High-speed internet (50 Mbps+) and reliable Wi-Fi
• Comfortable managing a fully remote team during evening hours
