GRT Financial is seeking a full-time Remote Client Retention Specialist to support clients on their journey toward becoming debt-free. You’ll be the main point of contact during the crucial first months of our debt resolution program—offering empathy, clarity, and consistent follow-through. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle high-volume inbound and follow-up calls
• Build trust with new clients and help them navigate the first stages of our debt program
• Maintain detailed records and client touchpoints
• Address client objections with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Collaborate closely with teammates to meet retention targets
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of client retention or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Empathetic listener with excellent follow-through
• Quick thinker with the ability to manage objections on the fly
• Comfortable using CRM tools and navigating digital systems
• High-speed internet (50 Mbps minimum) and private, quiet workspace
• Passion for helping people through financial hardship
