CareCentrix is looking for a Claims Support Associate II to manage payment reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of payment applications within the payroll and billing system. You’ll serve as a key liaison between claims processing and accounting—resolving discrepancies, posting payments, and helping maintain clean, compliant financial operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Post and reconcile electronic payments using 835 remittance files
• Manually apply payments and resolve claim-level discrepancies
• Audit and reconcile provider-level adjustments
• Resolve suspense check entries accurately and timely
• Collaborate across claims and accounting teams
• Help train staff on payer format changes and reconciliation protocols
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in billing, reimbursement, or cash posting
• Proficiency with payment posting and denial resolution using 835/EOB/EOP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and independent in problem-solving
• Friendly team player who takes their work seriously—but not themselves
