🧾 About the Role
Versant Health, one of the nation’s top managed vision care providers, is seeking a Claims Processor III to handle claim submissions, adjustments, reconciliations, and research/resolution. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate claim processing while meeting established quality and performance standards—all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Pay rate: $20.50 – $21.50/hour
• Full-time, union position

📋 What You’ll Own
• Perform data entry and verification for incoming paper claims
• Process claims in CompuVision/CVX and route through MACESS Claims Management System
• Research and resolve claim discrepancies using internal guidelines
• Support other departments with claims-related inquiries
• Ensure claims are processed to meet deadlines, quality, and production standards
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company privacy/security policies
• Participate in training to maintain performance and quality benchmarks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of claims processing experience
• Knowledge of ICD and/or CPT codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable high-speed internet and a home office setup (if working virtually)
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards in a remote environment
