Sonsio Vehicle Protection is hiring a Claims Adjuster to join our Tire Operations team. In this Level 1 role, you’ll process and update claims, verify coverage, handle customer and repair shop inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation—all while delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time, fully remote position for detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
✅ Position Highlights
• Pay range: $18.00 – $19.00/hour
• Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (MT)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review service agreements and apply claims guidelines accurately
• Process claims promptly with an error rate under 2%
• Document claim details thoroughly, including contacts, failure descriptions, and locations
• Manage a minimum of 55 calls daily, answering within 45 seconds and averaging 5.5 minutes per call
• Establish strong relationships with customers and repair facilities to resolve issues quickly
• Process and document photos for damage verification when required
• Handle calls for specific tire programs once trained
• Update a minimum of 7 claims daily during low call volume periods
• Maintain punctual attendance and full readiness at shift start times
