Vetcove is looking for a full-time Chat Support Associate to join our remote Customer Experience team. You’ll be on the front lines helping veterinary professionals across the country troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and navigate our cutting-edge platform. • $50,000–$70,000/year + bonus + equity

• Fully remote (USA only; West Coast hours)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate bugs/data errors when needed
• Communicate resolution steps clearly and empathetically to users
• Track and report recurring issues to engineering and product teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Assist with account management, item reviews, credit approvals, and other support tasks
• Help build and refine internal support processes


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in a technical-facing support or customer service role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Intercom or similar chat tools
• High emotional intelligence and patience under pressure
• Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-moving environment
• Start-up or tech experience is a plus
