NoGigiddy is hiring a Remote Chat Support Agent to help gig workers get the support they need—fast, friendly, and efficiently. As a key part of our virtual GigSquad, you’ll respond to inquiries through our chat platform and help troubleshoot, guide, and empower users on their journey. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer chat inquiries and provide real-time support to gig workers
• Assist users with navigating the NoGigiddy platform and affiliated staffing apps
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
• Stay current on platform updates, features, and policy changes
• Promote platform benefits and keep engagement high
• Document conversations and tag complex queries for follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the chat experience
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior experience in chat-based or digital customer support (preferred)
• Clear, concise writing and excellent grammar skills
• Ability to manage multiple conversations with calm efficiency
• Empathetic, patient, and people-focused
• Comfortable using software platforms, chat tools, and support dashboards
• Independent, focused, and able to self-manage remotely
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends
