📋 What You’ll Own

• Verify request accuracy and compliance
• Process refills efficiently according to protocol

• Provide admin support to the clinical team
• Collaborate across departments to improve workflows
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA or AMT)
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in a clinical or medical office
• Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• EMR/EHR proficiency and strong computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to follow set schedules and meet quality metrics
• Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection (no satellite or 5G)
