📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to prescription refill requests via phone, email, fax, and internal systems
• Ensure all requests meet compliance and accuracy standards
• Dispense and process refills quickly and correctly
• Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacies
• Track KPIs and assist with reports for leadership
• Support clinical staff with projects and special assignments
• Collaborate across teams to enhance workflows and outcomes
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Certified by AAMA or AMT as a Medical Assistant
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medication processes
• Strong skills in EMR/EHR platforms, Microsoft Outlook, and Word
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage schedules, stay productive, and meet deadlines
• Must have a reliable internet connection (no satellite or 5G)
