CVS Health is hiring experienced RNs for a fully remote Case Manager position. In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, high-impact care from home—helping patients navigate complex medical journeys through telephonic support. If you have experience in oncology, med-surg, or specialty pharmacy, this role offers the flexibility and fulfillment of working from anywhere while transforming lives.
✅ Position Highlights
• $54,095 – $155,538 annual salary
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Remote from anywhere in the U.S.
• Virtual training, Monday–Friday (8:30AM–5PM, local time zone)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as a telephonic case manager for fully/self-insured clients
• Apply clinical judgment to reduce risk and barriers to care
• Conduct holistic assessments, care planning, and medical necessity reviews
• Coordinate with clinical teams, supervisors, and medical directors
• Use motivational interviewing and case management best practices
• Engage members directly and guide care transitions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• RN license in state of residence (unrestricted) with compact eligibility
• 5+ years RN experience, including 1+ year in a hospital setting
• 1+ year in oncology, medical surgical, or specialty pharmacy
• Strong documentation and keyboarding skills
• Experience applying clinical guidelines (MCG, NCCN, Lexicomp a plus)
