In this role, you’ll dig deep into subrogation cases, validate claim viability, interact with insurance reps, attorneys, and providers, and prep airtight cases for legal resolution. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and develop subrogation claims post-investigation
• Research and confirm recovery sources
• Draft and send demand letters
• Make outbound calls to providers, insurers, and attorneys
• Maintain detailed, organized records and calendar tracking
• Collaborate with Paralegals and Negotiators to push cases to resolution
• Respond to escalated inquiries from the call center
• Stay compliant with HIPAA and industry regulations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years in subrogation, collections, COB, or insurance coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Solid judgment and analytical skills
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office and internet research skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
