Thyme Care is reimagining the cancer care experience by offering patients and their families trusted, human support throughout their journey. As a Care Partner, you’ll act as a compassionate point of contact, guiding members through care coordination, resource navigation, and health assessments. ✅ Position Highlights
• $24.03/hour (non-exempt, full-time)
• Set schedule: 11:30AM – 8:00PM EST
• Fully remote (must reside in the lower 48 states)
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct daily check-ins with members via phone, text, email, and video
• Build trust and assess care needs and goals with empathy
• Connect members to providers, diagnostic appointments, and social resources
• Schedule health and wellness visits with our provider team
• Conduct surveys to track changes in health or care preferences
• Meet efficiency, quality, and documentation standards
• Help identify process improvements for better care outcomes
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of patient-facing or member-facing experience
• Mission-driven and deeply empathetic toward people navigating cancer care
• Proven performance in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
• Excellent listening, communication, and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable with tech: Google Suite, video chat tools, EHR platforms, Slack
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Prior remote work experience with a secure, quiet home setup
