As a Care Guide Support Specialist, you’ll be the first line of support for both medical and non-medical customers—resolving issues, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between care centers and patients. You’ll blend technical troubleshooting with empathetic care coordination, all from a distraction-free remote setup. Paid training begins July 14, 2025.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver prompt, professional support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot tech issues and explain complex information in clear terms
• Assist patients with appointments, insurance verification, benefits, claims, and care coordination
• Communicate with care center staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems
• Uphold HIPAA and company confidentiality policies
• Participate in quality calibrations, feedback sessions, and team improvements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong technical and customer service skills
• Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or related customer support roles
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance plans, and claim processes preferred
