🧾 About the Role
AnswerNet is hiring a Call Center Supervisor to lead a high-performing remote team of health insurance agents during the ACA open enrollment season. You’ll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and driving sales performance while supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time, leadership-track opportunity with paid training and the chance to make a direct impact.
✅ Position Highlights
• $26.00 per hour
• Full-time – 40 hours/week
• Remote – U.S. based
• Monday–Friday staggered shifts (8:30 AM–6:30 PM EST)
• Paid 3-week training begins early October
• Production: Nov 1–Dec 15 (100% attendance required)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Oversee day-to-day performance of remote sales agents
• Set, track, and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Review reports and implement performance improvement plans
• Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and real-time support
• Answer agent questions and troubleshoot call issues
• Enforce call center standards, quality, and policy compliance
• Collaborate with leadership to align team strategy with client goals
• Host team-building activities to boost engagement and morale
• Maintain team documentation and participation records
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of supervisory or call center experience
• ACA healthcare sales experience REQUIRED
• Health Insurance License + FFM Certification REQUIRED
• South Carolina Health Insurance License REQUIRED
• Experience with Health Sherpa platform and Salesforce a plus
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong sales leadership and coaching ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Calm, composed, and solutions-driven under pressure
• Strong time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
