BroadPath is urgently hiring Call Center Supervisors to lead teams handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions. Youβll guide, coach, and develop representatives, manage performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a remote leadership role with the opportunity to manage both local and distributed teams.

π What Youβll Own
β’ Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members
β’ Set priorities to meet quality, adherence, service level, and handling time goals
β’ Monitor performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
β’ Assist with escalated calls as needed
β’ Oversee team chat for questions and project priorities
β’ Collaborate with Workforce Management on schedules
β’ Monitor and evaluate team calls regularly
β’ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ 1+ years of recent call center supervisor experience (healthcare member services preferred)
β’ 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
β’ Proven ability to manage employee performance and coach to metrics
β’ Strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding, systems aptitude)
β’ Experience across support channels including phone, email, and chat
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ High school diploma or equivalent
