BroadPath is urgently hiring Call Center Supervisors to lead teams handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions. You’ll guide, coach, and develop representatives, manage performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. β€’ Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members
β€’ Set priorities to meet quality, adherence, service level, and handling time goals

β€’ Assist with escalated calls as needed
β€’ Oversee team chat for questions and project priorities
β€’ Collaborate with Workforce Management on schedules

🎯 Must-Have Traits
β€’ 1+ years of recent call center supervisor experience (healthcare member services preferred)
β€’ 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
β€’ Proven ability to manage employee performance and coach to metrics
β€’ Strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding, systems aptitude)
β€’ Experience across support channels including phone, email, and chat
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent
