Claritev is hiring a Call Center Investigation Specialist to handle high volumes of inbound calls related to subrogation casework. You’ll play a key role in recovering health insurance payments by identifying med-pay, no-fault, liability, and workers’ compensation opportunities. This position is ideal for detail-driven individuals who thrive in investigative roles and team-oriented, compliance-focused environments.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Investigate and process subrogation cases by responding to inbound calls
• Research client health claim systems and access benefits data
• Identify subrogation opportunities and pursue reimbursement from third parties
• Track case progress and communication in internal systems
• Work within client-specific procedures and state/federal compliance guidelines
• Engage management when needed to resolve complex cases
• Support improvements in processes and documentation practices
• Collaborate with other departments and support company-wide initiatives
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in claims, analytics, or healthcare-related role
• Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple case files at once
• Customer service-oriented mindset with ability to remain professional under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based systems
• Ability to work in a highly confidential, HIPAA-compliant environment
