Claritev is on a mission to bend the cost curve in healthcare—and they’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Call Center Investigation Specialist to join their subrogation team. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, investigate claims, and help recover costs in med-pay, no-fault, liability, and workers’ comp cases. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Take inbound calls and investigate health insurance subrogation cases
• Identify recovery opportunities in med-pay, no-fault, liability, and workers’ comp
• Pull health plan info and research case facts
• Coordinate with external parties and place them on notice
• Log and track detailed case activity
• Adapt to changing processes and offer feedback for improvements
• Stay compliant with HIPAA and company guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to management and contribute insights to the team
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• 1+ year in claims, analytics, or a related call center environment
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online research
• Curious mindset with a team-first attitude
• Ability to handle confidential PHI data responsibly
• Can sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment
