🧾 About the Role
AnswerNet is hiring a Remote Call Center Agent Supervisor to lead daily operations on the call floor. In this role, you’ll manage real-time scheduling, monitor agent performance, and step in to coach team members as needed. If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and know how to keep a team motivated and focused, this is your lane.


✅ Position Highlights
• $17.00–$18.00/hour (DOE)
• Full-time – 40 hours/week
• Remote – U.S. only
• Weekday shift: M–F 2 PM to 11 PM EST
• Weekend shift: Sat–Sun 8 AM to 4 PM EST
• Must be flexible with changing schedules


📋 What You’ll Own
• Supervise call center agents during active shifts
• Monitor adherence to schedules and manage call volume fluctuations
• Reassign agents across projects as needed
• Track attendance and performance metrics
• Coach agents and provide feedback on customer interactions
• Participate in calibration and quality sessions
• Mediate team conflicts and support workplace cohesion
• Escalate concerns to upper management and contribute to reporting


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of contact center experience
• Previous experience managing or supervising direct reports
• Comfortable leading with positivity and professionalism
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
• High level of emotional intelligence and coachability
• Skilled at handling client feedback and resolving first-level issues
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Windows-based systems
• Able to follow scripts and shift between multiple call programs quickly
• Driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented

• Hard-wired internet connection (Ethernet required)
