β’ Part-Time (Evenings and Weekends)
β’ Remote β Georgia and select U.S. locations
β’ Must have 1+ year of recent call center experience
β’ Training provided β equipment required
π What Youβll Own
β’ Handle outbound calls and document interactions
β’ Accurately capture data and input information
β’ Set appointments in a B2C format
β’ Upsell relevant products/services when applicable
β’ Stay up to date on campaign promotions and service offerings
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience using dialers and scripts (required)
β’ Friendly, clear, and professional voice
β’ Active listening and strong people skills
β’ Sales experience preferred
β’ High school diploma or GED
β’ Strong computer literacy and outbound calling experience
β’ Must pass a 7-year background check
