• Remote – Georgia and select U.S. locations
• Must have 1+ year of recent call center experience
• Training provided – equipment required
📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle outbound calls and document interactions
• Accurately capture data and input information
• Set appointments in a B2C format
• Upsell relevant products/services when applicable
• Stay up to date on campaign promotions and service offerings
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience using dialers and scripts (required)
• Friendly, clear, and professional voice
• Active listening and strong people skills
• Sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer literacy and outbound calling experience
• Must pass a 7-year background check
