Cennox is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its remote sales support team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work directly with prospects and existing customers—driving sales growth through outreach, relationship building, and thoughtful follow-up. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls and send emails to warm and cold prospects
• Qualify and respond to inbound leads
• Schedule appointments for Regional Account Executives
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track customer engagement
• Analyze customer data to improve outreach and uncover new opportunities
• Recommend products and services based on client needs
• Coordinate with service/operations teams to ensure timely customer communication
• Track and resolve customer issues as needed
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with field reps to align outreach strategies
