As a Billing Supervisor, you’ll oversee the Charge Entry team, ensure accurate claim submissions, support RCM performance, and lead initiatives that keep operations running smoothly. • $68,000–$85,000/year + bonus eligibility

📋 What You’ll Own
• Supervise day-to-day charge entry and billing workflows
• Guide team members through billing issues and escalations
• Train, coach, and evaluate Charge Entry Specialists
• Analyze denial trends and implement prevention strategies
• Assist the Billing Manager with audits, reporting, and process improvements
• Contribute to special projects and help scale RCM systems
• Step in for charge entry duties when needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of healthcare billing experience
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong grasp of revenue cycle, payer rules, and denial management
• Behavioral health billing experience preferred
• Skilled communicator with team leadership experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and RCM tools
