Nira Medical is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist to join its Infusion & Revenue Cycle Management team. This role focuses on processing claims for physician and practice-related services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate billing, maintaining compliance with payer guidelines, and supporting financial operations across the organization.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Submit and process third-party payer billing (primary and secondary claims)
• Track and meet daily, monthly, and quarterly A/R and cash collection goals
• Engage in quality assurance to ensure clean claims aligned with internal and external policies
• Identify incomplete billing tasks and escalate appropriately
• Monitor for patterns of payer noncompliance or denial trends
• Use electronic tools and payer resources to resolve open claims efficiently
• Contribute to team performance and billing excellence through additional tasks as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Prior physician office or infusion billing experience (strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of insurance claims and reimbursement workflows
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
