✅ Position Highlights
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM ET (Rotating Weekends)
• Training: 1 week, same schedule
• Start Date: July 17, 2025
• Department: Patient Enrollment
• Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based – select states only)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Outbound calls to eligible patients with the goal of successful enrollment
• Guide patients through app-based program registration
• Create tailored enrollment experiences and share learnings with peers
• Communicate the value of the program and its health benefits
• Capture insights from patient feedback and help shape best practices
• Identify trends, deliver observations, and support team-wide improvement
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales conversion
• Comfortable speaking with people and building rapport quickly
• Skilled at handling pushback and navigating objections
• Naturally extroverted and enthusiastic communicator
• Tech-savvy and confident multitasker
• Uses emotional intelligence to connect and problem-solve
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with limited need for supervision
• Enjoys simplifying complex processes for others
