📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary contact for insurance-related questions from customers, agents, and clients in the U.S. and Canada
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both French and English
• Research and resolve customer issues, ensuring all insurance requirements are met
• Accurately process policies and documentation in line with company procedures
• Support additional departments as needed
• Maintain security and confidentiality of customer and client information
• Achieve departmental standards for productivity, accuracy, and quality service
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written communication)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
