🧾 About the Role
Beyond Finance is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the voice of the company for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. As part of the Client Success team, you’ll deliver compassionate support, problem-solving, and guidance to help clients navigate their financial journey. This is a remote call center role where you’ll provide proactive, best-in-class service via phone in both English and Spanish.

• Full-time, Remote (48 contiguous U.S. states only)
• Call Center Hours: Mon–Fri 7am–10pm CST, Sat/Sun 7am–9pm CST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide excellent customer service via inbound calls
• Respond to client needs, anticipate questions, and resolve issues with empathy
• Educate clients on Beyond Finance’s hardship programs
• Document call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM records
• Work with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
• Manage a high volume of calls in a structured, remote work environment


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required
• 1+ year of call center experience – Required
• Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with CRM systems and tech-savvy in remote tools
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Empathetic, professional, and resilient under pressure
• Ability to work from a distraction-free home environment with reliable high-speed internet
