WeLink is looking for a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Resolutions Agent to join their support team. In this full-time, remote role, you’ll assist customers across phone, chat, SMS, and email—helping troubleshoot internet issues, resolve billing questions, and manage accounts. You’ll be the calm, clear voice customers count on to make things right.

• Title: Bilingual Customer Resolutions Agent
• Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour
• Schedule: Tues–Sat, 11am–8pm (training is Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm)
• Location: Remote – Must reside in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, IN, MA, MN, MO, MD, NC, NV, NY, OK, PA, TX, TN, UT, VA, or WA

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, and email
• Troubleshoot internet service and connectivity issues
• Resolve billing questions and explain charges
• Help with account adjustments, upgrades, and general service needs
• Log all interactions and outcomes in Salesforce
• Collaborate with tech and support teams to escalate issues
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in service processes and team knowledge
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years in customer service or tech support
• Clear communicator with empathy and patience
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Calm under pressure and genuinely customer-focused

• Must reside in one of the approved states
• Stable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
• Willing to follow fixed training and work schedule
