• Track and meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance goals
• Maintain detailed records of contact history, payment status, and delinquency timelines
• Work within all company and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies

• 1–2 years of experience in collections, credit, or related financial services
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills
