🧾 About the Role
Heard & Smith, LLP is hiring a Remote Bilingual Client Service Specialist to join their Legal Assistant Department. As the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, you’ll build lasting client relationships, offer guidance through the Social Security Disability (SSD) claims process, and ensure every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and compassion. ✅ Position Highlights
• Full-time, Monday–Friday only (No nights or weekends!)
• Remote – Texas residents only (San Antonio, Dallas, Austin preferred)
• $14.50–$16.50/hour depending on experience
• 401(k) with 5% profit-sharing (no employee match required)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Take 50–75 inbound/outbound calls daily in a professional call center setting
• Build trust with clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Proactively follow up and support clients throughout the SSD claims process
• Provide excellent service while meeting retention goals
• Address client concerns with empathy and good judgment
• Accurately document all interactions in a paperless system
• Stay up to date on SSA policies and company procedures
• Maintain 90% or higher call quality scores
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• Call center or customer service experience
• 40+ WPM typing speed
• Excellent phone, writing, and people skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization
• Ability to learn new systems and multitask efficiently
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Legal, SSA, or disability-related experience is a major plus
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in Texas (San Antonio, Dallas, or Austin preferred)
• Windows 11 computer with antivirus, 4–8GB RAM, and 128GB hard drive
• Stable wired internet: 50MBPS download / 10MBPS upload minimum
• Internal/external camera
• Landline or strong cell signal in your home office
