Beyond Finance is seeking a Bilingual Client Retention Specialist to support clients enrolled in our financial hardship debt relief programs. You’ll work with at-risk clients who may be frustrated, confused, or overwhelmed—guiding them through tough moments with empathy, clarity, and practical solutions. This is a high-impact, high-empathy role where your communication skills and problem-solving mindset can help clients stay committed to getting debt-free.

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls with enrolled clients experiencing doubt, stress, or confusion
• Empathize, deescalate concerns, and clarify program benefits
• Analyze clients’ financial situations and suggest realistic solutions
• Retain clients by helping them stay committed to the program
• Maintain detailed client notes and use CRM tools to track progress
• Meet or exceed retention goals and earn commission based on results
• Deliver best-in-class support while adapting to each client’s emotional and financial needs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) – Required
• Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
• Strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills
• Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
• Resilient, empathetic, and clear communicator
• Organized multitasker who thrives under pressure
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
