Thyme Care is on a mission to revolutionize the cancer care journey—making sure patients and their loved ones are seen, supported, and guided every step of the way. As a Bilingual Care Partner, you’ll serve as the compassionate voice connecting patients with the help they need—whether that’s a ride to treatment, emotional support, or help understanding their next step. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for Spanish-speaking professionals committed to patient-first care.
✅ Position Highlights
• $24.03/hour
• Full-time, Non-exempt
• 11:30AM – 8:00PM EST Shift
• Remote (U.S. only – lower 48 states)
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct 30+ daily check-ins with cancer patients via phone, text, video, and email
• Connect members with services—transportation, financial aid, emotional support, and more
• Help schedule appointments and case reviews with providers
• Perform survey assessments to track health changes and patient needs
• Follow escalation paths and documentation protocols for high-quality support
• Collaborate closely with a mission-driven care team and share insights for improvement
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 2+ years in a patient-facing or member-facing role
• Familiar with healthcare systems or startups
• Proven experience working from home in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• Strong listener and communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Tech-savvy: able to navigate EHR, Google Suite, Slack, and video tools
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and growth-minded
• Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced team environments
• Must have a secure, quiet remote setup
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in the contiguous United States
• Reliable internet and quiet, private space for member interactions
• Previous remote experience highly preferred
