Angle Health is on a mission to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered and understood. As a Benefits Consultant, you’ll be a key player in our Business Development team, helping modern employers discover smarter, more accessible health plans. Based in Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, or Orlando preferred), you’ll travel throughout your region building strong partnerships, closing deals, and helping companies bring clarity and ease to employee healthcare.

✅ Position Highlights
• Compensation range: $150K–$300K (base + commission)
• Full-time, remote (based in Florida)
• 50% travel expected within assigned region

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and grow a robust pipeline of employer clients and partners across Florida
• Represent Angle Health’s solutions at meetings, demos, and events
• Educate clients and prospects on our products, platforms, and cost-saving strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to signed policies
• Partner with internal teams to drive successful onboarding and retention
• Track and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Attend key industry events and build a referral network through brokers and influencers
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Licensed Accident/Health Producer (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
• Exceptional communicator who can build trust fast
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build something from the ground up
• Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable managing a territory and working independently
• Passion for innovation in healthcare and solving real-world problems
💻 Bonus Points
• 1–2 years experience in insurance, payroll, or B2B sales
• Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation software
• Bachelor’s degree
