🧾 About the Role
As part of the newly merged Transcarent and Accolade team, you’ll support healthcare professionals by developing clear, accurate knowledge content that powers our care teams and self-service tools. In this cross-functional role, you’ll help bridge the gap between clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring everyone has access to the right benefits information at the right time.
✅ Position Highlights
• $70,400–$80,500 annual salary
• Full-time, Remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain high-quality content for carriers, clients, TPAs, and PBMs
• Lead integration discussions and create detailed implementation materials
• Act as content liaison between clients and internal teams
• Ensure consistency across platforms using style guides and QA standards
• Triage and resolve content tickets
• Drive improvements and support cross-functional projects
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5+ years relevant experience
• PBM experience required (if PBM-focused)
• Solid understanding of health benefits, plans, and third-party systems
• Skilled in healthcare content management and plain-language writing
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-team settings
• Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and tech-savvy
