Symetra is hiring a full-time Associate Customer Operations Representative to support the SwiftTerm product line. In this remote role, you’ll handle both financial and non-financial customer service activities, provide account maintenance, and assist with portal-related inquiries. You’ll be at the front line of ensuring smooth, accurate service to both customers and agents.


Position Highlights
• Hourly pay: $22.00 – $29.98
• Full-time, remote role

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process financial and non-financial transactions in administrative systems

• Maintain a high level of detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Help improve the customer experience through clear communication and quick resolution
