You’ll be the first point of contact for future clients. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll handle outbound calls, pitch the value of the company’s offerings, and lock in meetings for the sales team. You’re not here to sell the product—you’re here to start the conversation that leads to the close.

📋 What You’ll Own
Outbound Engagement:
• Call prospective leads to build rapport and introduce services

Appointment Coordination:
• Set and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Align calendar availability across prospects and team members
• Log accurate details in the CRM and track follow-ups
CRM & Communication:
• Keep records clean, updated, and detailed
• Follow up with interested leads to keep them warm
• Collaborate with sales reps to pass on context-rich lead info
Continuous Growth:
• Stay updated on industry trends and product details
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling targets

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support
• Confident, persuasive communicator with phone presence
• Strong organization and data entry skills
• CRM familiarity (any system—just show you can learn)
