🧾 About the Role
Solace is seeking a Healthcare Advocate Recruiter to lead the charge in building our world-class team of Registered Nurses. This is a high-volume, high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role where speed, quality, and urgency matter in equal measure. Reporting to the Head of Advocate Recruiting, you’ll shape the face of Solace’s patient advocacy network—one mission-driven hire at a time.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Run full-cycle recruiting for RN Advocates: source, screen, close
• Own the strategy and execution of high-volume pipelines
• Build and refine recruiting operations from the ground up
• Act as a talent advisor—helping shape not just hires, but culture
• Manage and update candidate data using ATS tools (Ashby or similar)
• Treat every hiring decision as mission-critical
• Move with speed and intention, without waiting for permission

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (clinical/RN focus preferred)
• High-volume sourcing and closing success stories to back it up
• Thrives in early-stage chaos—can build from scratch and pivot fast
• Skilled at candidate experience, fast decision-making, and clear documentation
• Deep alignment with Solace’s mission to fix a broken system
• Operates with extreme ownership, urgency, and discipline
• Tech-literate—comfortable using modern recruiting platforms and tools
• Comfortable conducting 60–70+ calls weekly and never looking back
