📋 What You’ll Own
• Convert warm inquiries into admissions through prompt outreach and relationship-building
• Conduct initial clinical and demographic intake
• Evaluate prospective admissions based on facility guidelines
• Schedule assessments and coordinate next steps with referral sources
• Document all calls, decisions, and communications accurately
• Guide patients and families with empathy—and know when to refer out if needed


🎯 Ideal Candidate Has
2+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, behavioral health, or substance misuse preferred
• Strong sales instincts with compassion to match—able to build trust and close when it counts
• Clear, empathetic communication with patients, families, and referral partners
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain poise in high-stress or crisis moments
• A college degree is preferred
• Certification as an Addictions Counselor is a plus
