YMCA of the USA is looking for a detail-driven, mission-aligned HR administrative professional to join their National Office HR Operations team. This fully remote position plays a key role in supporting employee lifecycle eventsâespecially leave of absence, benefits navigation, and workplace accommodationsâensuring an inclusive, smooth experience for all staff across time zones.

⢠Pay Range: $21.00 â $25.00/hr (based on experience)

đ What Youâll Own
⢠Manage leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, etc.) with compliance and compassion
⢠Assist employees with health, wellness, and retirement benefit questions
⢠Coordinate workplace accommodation requests and documentation
⢠Support full employee lifecycle events (onboarding to offboarding)
⢠Conduct audits and assist on various HR projects
⢠Ensure accuracy of employee data in HR systems
⢠Collaborate across departments and time zones
⢠Perform other duties as assigned
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠Associateâs degree required; Bachelorâs preferred (HR, Business Admin, or related field)
⢠At least 1 year of HR operations or administrative experience (benefits/leave support a plus)
⢠Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and other compliance policies
⢠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
⢠Trustworthy with confidential information
⢠Comfortable using computers, HR systems, and managing virtual communication
⢠Alignment with YMCA values and mission
