Thyme Care is on a mission to reimagine cancer care—placing compassion, access, and support at the center of the patient journey. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll help ensure smooth communication between members and their care teams through calls, texts, faxes, and emails. You’ll also support clinical operations with reporting and scheduling—playing a vital part in a fast-moving, people-first environment.

• Full-time, Non-exempt
• Fully remote (U.S. only – lower 48 states)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and faxes
• Triage member needs and connect them to the right care team
• Generate daily reports to support interdisciplinary meetings
• Schedule calls and case conferences for patients and providers
• Send weekly member surveys
• Assist with special projects and data entry as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year in healthcare or customer support (telephonic preferred)
• Organized and calm under pressure
• Strong communicator and empathetic listener
• Comfortable working in a startup-paced, tech-forward environment
• Able to learn new platforms (Slack, Google Suite, EHR systems)
• Clear decision-making skills and action-oriented mindset
