Platform Science is hiring a contract-based AP Specialist to help streamline invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. This fully remote role supports a finance team driving the future of transportation tech—and offers cross-functional experience with bookkeeping and accounting processes.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process and verify vendor invoices
• Handle weekly check and ACH payment runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain audit-ready records in NetSuite
• Assist with AP accruals and month-end reporting
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years in AP or similar finance role
• Familiarity with NetSuite and banking portals
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and documentation skills
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must reside in one of the following states:
