We’re hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to build and streamline our global payables function. If you thrive in high-growth environments, love process improvement, and want to make a real impact on global health—this is your role.

• Lead end-to-end AP processes in a global, multi-entity environment

• Report directly to senior finance leadership
📋 What You’ll Do
Own the Payables Process
• Accurately code, verify, and process vendor invoices
• Ensure timely payments via ACH, wire, credit card, and checks
• Maintain AP aging reports and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee expense reports, vendor statements, and 1099s
Drive Accounting Accuracy
• Support month-end close with reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and compliance
• Partner with finance to ensure GAAP-aligned reporting
Build Collaboration & Efficiency
• Act as the go-to contact for vendor and internal AP questions
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to align on purchasing workflows
• Support systems implementation and process automation
🎯 What You Bring
• 7+ years of accounts payable experience
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end AP functions, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Prior experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Hands-on with tools like NetSuite, Workday, Bill.com, Ramp, etc.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, data accuracy mindset)
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
• Clear communicator with strong organizational instincts
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
