📋 What You’ll Own
• Process customer account updates and payment requests through CRM (Salesforce)
• Monitor daily reports, flag exceptions, and support account changes
• Collaborate across Enrollment, Client Service, and Settlements teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Uphold business and compliance standards with care and consistency
• Run accuracy checks and recommend process improvements
• Assist with special projects, reporting, and cross-team coordination
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years’ experience in finance, banking, or operations
• Highly organized with strong time management and task prioritization
• Communicates clearly across all levels—written and verbal
• Self-starter with follow-through and an eye for detail
