📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage daily administration of retirement plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial professionals
• Collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues
• Lead client meetings (virtually or in-person as needed)
• Analyze account data, resolve problems, and ensure client retention
• Provide excellent service that exceeds quality benchmarks
• Mentor new account managers and share process improvements

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of client service experience, with 1+ year in financial/retirement services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of retirement plan administration
• Experience leading client meetings and resolving issues independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
