š What Youāll Own
ā¢ Manage a portfolio of B2B law firm partners
ā¢ Track key metrics (conversion rates, case values, ROI)
ā¢ Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities

ā¢ Collaborate with intake, marketing, and ops to optimize lead flow

šÆ Must-Have Traits
ā¢ Bachelorās degree required
ā¢ 2+ years in B2B account management, client success, or partner development
ā¢ Skilled in Excel, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and performance analytics
ā¢ Strong communicatorāclear, persuasive, and confident
ā¢ Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote, high-growth setting
ā¢ Legal or legal marketing experience is a plus (not required)
